FGF1

FGF1，即成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子1，是一種重要的信號(hào)蛋白，也被稱為酸性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（aFGF）。該蛋白參與多種生理過(guò)程，包括細(xì)胞增殖、血管生成和組織修復(fù)。FGF1通過(guò)與成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子受體（FGFR）結(jié)合，激活下游信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng)，從而影響細(xì)胞行為和基因表達(dá)。在疾病方面，F(xiàn)GF1與肥胖、2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、癌癥和心臟病等多種疾病相關(guān)。研究表明，F(xiàn)GF1在調(diào)節(jié)肝臟炎癥、維持穩(wěn)態(tài)以及抗氧化應(yīng)激等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。然而，長(zhǎng)期使用FGF1可能導(dǎo)致腫瘤發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加，限制了其在臨床治療中的應(yīng)用。目前，研究人員正致力于開(kāi)發(fā)針對(duì)FGF1的靶向藥物，以降低其副作用并提高治療效果。例如，溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)的李校堃團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)FGF1在腸肝疾病中的關(guān)鍵作用，為開(kāi)發(fā)基于FGF1的精準(zhǔn)治療策略提供了新思路。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer using CSB-PA008615ESR1HU at dilution of 1:100

IHC image of CSB-PA008615ESR1HU diluted at 1:289 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
