CLDN6

CLDN6，全稱Claudin-6，是緊密連接蛋白家族的一員，主要在上皮細胞和內皮細胞中表達。它是一種腫瘤特異性蛋白，在多種實體腫瘤中表達上調，包括卵巢癌、宮頸癌、子宮內膜癌、睪丸癌等，但在健康成人組織中幾乎不表達。CLDN6在細胞連接和上皮組織通透性中發揮重要作用，其異常表達與許多腫瘤的發生和發展密切相關，因此被視為實體瘤領域的重要治療靶點。目前，全球已有超過30款針對CLDN6的在研藥物，包括單抗、雙抗、ADC、CAR-T等多種類型，其中部分藥物已進入臨床階段，并顯示出對多種實體瘤的治療潛力和良好的安全性。例如，BioNTech開發的BNT211 CAR-T療法和BNT142體內生成式雙抗療法，以及TORL BioTherapeutics開發的TORL-1-23 ADC藥物等，均取得了積極的臨床結果，為實體瘤患者帶來了新的治療選擇。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using CSB-PA005508LA01HU at dilution of 1:100

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA005508LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
